It is the policy of the Division of Catholic Schools that the Catholic Schools in the Archdiocese of Baltimore shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, and/or national or ethnic origin in the administration of their educational policies, or admissions policies, scholarships and loan programs, athletics and other school programs.
Application Process
The application process for the 2012/2013 school year will began with our Open Houses in November and January. Applications will continue to be accepted throughout the spring and summer of 2012 until classes are filled. Call 410-859-1212 x209. Potential students in grades Kindergarten through grade 8 will require to be tested, at which time, a non-refundable $50 testing fee is due. Once accepted, registration begins and appropriate records and fees are due (see below).
Re-Registration
All students are re-registered for the fall term by completing the re-registration form and by paying a re-registration fee by the end of January.
Requirements
Required documents for PreK (4) and Kindergarten: • Child's Birth Certificate - St. Philip Neri School recognizes state regulations that require a child entering PreK (4) to be four years of age by September 1st of that actual year and Kindergarten to be five years of age by September 1st of that actual year. First grade students must be six years of age by September 1st of that actual year. • Baptismal Certificate (unless baptized at St. Philip Neri) • Current immunization record (signed by a doctor) OR appointment date to see the doctor for his/her shots to be completed • The required $100 registration fee for PreK(4) and $150 registration/testing fee for Kindergarten
Required documents for grades 1 - 8 • Child's Birth Certificate • Baptismal Certificate (unless baptized at St. Philip Neri) • Current immunization record (signed by a doctor) or appointment date to see the doctor for his/her shots to be completed • The required $150 registration/testing fee • A current report card • A report card from his/her previous school year
School and health records, which parent/guardian must sign as proof of current immunization, are required.
